Common tasks
Cancel or change your plan
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. In Beau, open the You tab, then Subscription, or go to Google Play, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Restore a purchase on a new phone
Sign in with the same account, then open You, Subscription and tap Restore purchase.
Export your pet's records
Open You, Export or delete my data and choose export. You get everything Beau knows about your pets.
Delete your account
Open You, Export or delete my data and choose delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
