Owners photograph or upload a document and Beau reads it into the pet's record. They log symptoms with photos, set medication reminders, and do a quick daily check-in on food, water, mood and energy. When they ask a question, Beau answers with breed-aware general information that draws on that history, ends with an urgency level, and points them to a vet when it matters. If a message sounds urgent, emergency vet and poison line numbers appear first. Before a vet visit, Beau prepares a one-page summary; with the vet's permission, it can record the appointment and turn it into a plain-language recap. Beau is an information companion, not a veterinary service.
